We offer a 30-Day Return Window. This means you have exactly 30 days from the day your item is delivered to submit a return request. If 30 days have elapsed since the delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
For a successful return, your merchandise must meet the following strict conditions:
- The item must be completely unworn, unused, and in the exact condition you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- All original labels, tags, and included accessories must be fully attached and intact.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Items returned that do not meet these criteria may be denied and sent back to you.
3. Return Shipping Costs
We believe in clear rules for return shipping logistics:
Customer Responsibility: For all returns, the customer is entirely responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and paying all associated shipping costs. Navea does not supply prepaid return shipping labels under any circumstances.
4. Restocking Fees
We want to make the return process as cost-effective as possible. Therefore, Navea does not apply any restocking fees to your returns.

5. How to Initiate a Return
Initiating a return is simple. Please follow these steps:

- Step 2 – Get Authorization: Our customer service team will assess your request and reply within 24 hours with a return authorization and specific shipping instructions.

6. Refund Processing
Once your returned package is received and thoroughly inspected by our facility:
- We will send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for your credit card issuer or bank to process and post the funds to your account.
7. Product Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange a product is to:
Return the original item using the process described above.
Once your return is authorized and approved, place a new, separate order for the correct item directly on our website.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, hygiene, and manufacturing standards, the following items are strictly non-returnable:
Personalized, custom-made, or engraved items.
